FHERO and OCEDC Partner To Bring Economic Development Elected Officials Training

The Okeechobee County Economic Development Corporation extends its appreciation to our regional partner, the Florida Heartland Regional Economic Development Organization, for helping sponsor today’s VisionFirst Elected Officials Training.

This specialized training focused on the importance of local economic development and provided valuable insight into opportunities for growth and community advancement. We are encouraged by the strong participation from local elected officials who took time out of their schedules to further their understanding of economic development and the positive impact it can have on our region’s future.
